Flight ticket is excluded from the fee. Thus, participants will need to do booking on their own, and share the itinerary with organiser prior to the event, kindly share your itinerary to edutainment@studyhub.asia once you have done booking for your flight. Below are the two flights that we will set for participants to gather and go together as a group. Any students book their flight other than this timing will need to notify the organiser in advance, so we can arrange for University personnel to welcome you all at airport.

Direct debit instalment is a form of payment, that will deduct authorised amount of fund from your saving account. During registration, you will be able to choose the option of direct debit, and depends on which bank do you have saving account with. Once you have selected the bank, you will be directly to the respective bank to make payment of RM 1.00 authorisation fee. (This mean you are authorising Study Hub Asia SB to collect maximum of RM 3,350 from your saving account in 2 months’ time)
After the authorisation of RM1.00,
1st payment will be collected within 7 days after registration. (RM 1,850.00)
2nd payment will be collected on 3rd Day of following month. (RM 1,500.00)

Option (3) – Maybank / RHB Credit Card Instalments (6 months) or Any Credit Card Full Payment
This option is only available during the period of Sureworks Education Fair in August 2019 in Midvalley, or in Study Hub Asia Klang Office.

Study Hub Asia Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”) and partner reserves the absolute right to postpone or cancel any of the proposed activities due to any unforeseen circumstances, in which case the organiser will make reasonable effort to inform the participants prior to the event.
Edutainment Tour – Korea Winter Camp 2019 is open to all students ages from 15 – 21, from Form 3 / Year 9, up to Pre-University, Diploma & Degree student.
Seat availabilities are on first come first served basis.
Registration Deadline for ET – Korea Winter Camp 2019 is 30 September 2019.
Participants will be added to a closed WhatsApp group after registration of seats. The organizing committee will share the common flight details for all participants. Participant will be booking the same flight individually.
The organiser will not be liable under any circumstance for any loss of property or injury sustained throughout the whole event and thereafter.
The organiser reserves the absolute right to use names, photography, video and all other materials obtained from Edutainment Tour 2019 for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes during and / or after the event.
Communication with participations & parents will be based on information stated on the application form. The organiser committee reserves the absolute right to disqualify any participants who fails to provide the valid contact details.
The registration fee paid will be forfeited if the participant is unable to join the tour. Alternatively, participant may find a new replacement.
Every students below the age of 18 must get consent from his/her parent/ guardian to participate in Edutainment Tour 2019. Any complaint will not be entertained & payment will not be refunded.
1. Who can participate in Edutainment Tour – Korea Winter Camp 2019?
ET – KWC 2019 is open to all nationwide students ages from 15 – 21, from Form 3 / Year 9, up to Pre-University, Diploma & Degree student, especially if you have the interests to further study to Korea in future.
2. What is the objective of the tour? Who are suitable for this camp?
This tour is specially designed for student to mainly learn about cross cultural and university in Korea, with a little fun and bonding activities with new friends in winter. Activities includes academics, cultural activities and fun at the same time. Especially if you are considering Korea as one of your study option, this trip will be the one!
3. What does the includes participation fee of RM 3350.00 includes?
It includes 9 nights of twin sharing student accommodation in Dankook University, Language & Cultural classes, Transportation in Korea, Airport Pick Up, Field Trip entrance fee, several meals (including Welcoming dinner, Christmas Party Dinner), Edutainment Tour T-shirt & Hoodie, T-Money Card and Personal Accident Insurance.
4. How about the arrangement of flight ticket?
For flight ticket, it is excluded from the fee. The gathering point for all participants will be at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) or KLIA2. On 22nd December 2019, there are several flights from different flight companies from KLIA to Korea. The organizing team will share with all participants to book on the same flight whenever possible. The most possible airline will be Air Asia / Vietnam Air, we will constantly update the flight options at our webpage.
5. Can we book different flight from the suggested flight from the organiser?
Yes, you may. You will just need to update the organizing committee on your flight timing and booking number. We will have personnel in Seoul Airport to arrange for airport pickup to the Dankook University student hostel.
6. If I’m from different state or East Malaysia, can I book a flight directly to Seoul, Korea on 22nd December 2019?
Yes, you may. We will have personnel in Seoul Airport on 22nd December to arrange for airport pickup to the Dankook University student hostel. Kindly update the organizing committee before the tour.
7. How many facilitator / personnel will be there with participants on the trip?
5 personnel from Malaysia (Study Hub) will be following along with the students on the tour. Additional 1:10 student leaders from Dankook University will assist and ensure participants’ safety along the trip.
8. When do we do the payment?
During your registration, you will be redirect to the payment page, where you may made the registration fee via online banking, direct debit 3-6 months instalment, or credit card payment.
9. What are the options for payment?
You can do bank in / direct transfer / cheque payment.
10. Do I still need to bring pocket money during the trip?
You are advisable to bring from RM 700 – RM 1000, as most of the meal are on own expenses. Breakfast & Lunch will be mostly in Dankook University canteen, Free & Easy and dinner at night at Seoul night market. Kindly refer to the detail itinerary for reference.
11. How about passport validity period?
It is compulsory to have at least 6 months validity for passport during travel period.
14. What do you need to bring?
Apart from daily toiletries, IC, Passport, sweater, sport shoes, winter clothing etc. The organising team will share the detailed to-bring-list to all participants before we depart.
15. What is the temperature during winter in Korea?
It will be from 0 Degree Celsius to -5 Degree Celsius.
16. There are a few Free & Easy night, what / where do we go during the few nights?
For each free & easy, the organising team will then prepare a list of suggested place and area that participants can explore, and each free & easy night, we will set a destination, that we will bring most of the participants to, participants can either choose to follow the group or stay at hostel for a rest. In different locations that participants go, there will be chaperons or student leaders following in the group. Free & Easy night options will be like, Hong Dae Street, Myeongdong, SM Town, E-mart, Café Street etc.
